We had the most pathetic experience in Coimbatore because of this hotel. Their staff is so untrained and careless. The only thing someone expects from a hotel is a smooth experience but they failed the very basics of comfort. - They don't pick the calls from customers. No basic communication available. - They don't care much about the customer issues and requests. -They refused to serve breakfast order in the morning. -They don't address early check-in requests. Would not recommend getting this hotel.
