We’ve stayed here a few times when it was Poppy’s, but since it became Hash Six Hotel (now M Inn), the cleanliness has really gone down. The bathroom was dirty and had old towels—we even had to switch rooms because of it. While breakfast was still good, the furniture is outdated and needs upgrading. Prices have gone up, but quality has gone down. Sadly, we won’t be returning. We’ve since found a much better hotel just 10 minutes away. Service: 4

Now named as M Inn , I was very surprised to find an amazing hospitality from this place. Rooms were big, clean with appropriate arrangements suitable for any business traveller. Food served were well prepared , buffet had a lavish display of both veg & non veg items . And services had been prompt & respectful . Requesting all to visit this place if anyone is coming to Coimbatore. Service: 5

We recently conducted a meeting at Happy hall ,Hash Six Hotels, and I must say the overall experience was impressive. The food was outstanding – a great variety of dishes, all prepared to perfection, and beautifully presented. The catering team did an excellent job catering to various dietary preferences, and everything was delicious. The hall arrangement was also excellent. A special thanks to Litty and Tamil, who helped us with these arrangements, ensuring everything went smoothly and according to plan. However, one area that could be improved is the audio setup. While the overall sound was clear, there were moments when the volume levels were inconsistent, making it difficult to hear at times. A more reliable and balanced audio system would make a huge difference in enhancing the overall event experience. Service: 4
