Staff at this bakery has a very rude attitude. They have no sense of how to speak to patients and their families—absolutely no humanity! If they have such a problem with outsiders sitting in their seating area, they should set up their outlet outside the hospital instead of inside. People visiting a hospital are already going through a tough time; the least they deserve is basic respect. Such behavior is completely unacceptable.
