Hidden gem with tasty toddies and great fried seafood. For those who would like to go on a little inland adventure after spending time at the beach, it is 20-30 minutes by tuktuk. Great atmosphere in a remote location, absolutely worth the ride. My husband absolutely loved the prawn fry, while the karimeen fry, though well-cooked, wasn't really to my taste as I'm not a fan of river fish. The squid fry was a decent portion and tasted great. As for the toddy, we found it good, but we had tried something better in Alleppey the day before. Still, it's worth trying if you're in the area. The atmosphere was nice, though we noticed more males around. The place offers both closed and open space dining; we personally enjoyed the open space even though it was a bit warm, as it added to the vibe we were looking for.
