I dined with my whole family had a pathetic experience with quality of food they served and captain's who gets the order. 1.We order biriani expecting it's a Chettinad ,but ended with a low valued ordinary biryani , they use normal ponni rice for biriani. When we asked them politely other restaurants serve in Basmathi or jeeragasamba rice. Server replied "Inga ipadi thaan pudicha sapdunga" 2. For kids we order bisibelabath but even that was made ready at the moment with partially cooked rice. Madurai is well known for best restaurants, but our experience at hari's restaurant made us feel deeply regret. I or my family and surrounding will never step into this premises once again!!!!
