Very bad experience, i didnot expect this from hariram sweets atleast .. i ordered moong dal burfi which are stale, they are not fresh at all

Dear Sir,

With all due respect, I am writing this letter with much disappointment to inform you about your kaju katli burfi which was ordered today online and when i handover to my brother on the occasion of rakshabandhan than i got a call from my brother that this kaju katli burfi is going to smell and it is very harmful for health .

The food they are providing us now does not only taste bad but is also very unhealthy, and causes us stomach ache

Overall the quality of the food was not appetizing at all, and our KAJU KATLI to your eatery was not worth it. The food items were very overpriced, too, which made no sense.

I hope you will improve your food quality so that customers are pleased with your services.

I will sent this food item into MINISTRY OF FOOD AND DISTRUBTION OF INDIA TO CHECK THE QUALITY OF KAJU KATLI WHICH GIVES A HUGE SMELL

I HAVE TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CHANGE

SO I HAVE DECIDED TO SENT A EMAIL TO MINISTRTY OF FOOD AND DISTRIBUTION

I HAVE ALSO ENCLOSED THE COPY OF INVOICE WITH BOX AND KAJU KATLI COVER WHICH IS ATTACHED WITH THIS EMAIL
