I wanna reaise a complaint regarding wrong order, which I placed today from Hari shankar veg restro. I was ordered executive thali which is included dal fry, seasonal veg, paneer butter masala, 4 piece tawa with butter, jeera rice.
But I got wrong food which is excluded paneer butter masala and seasonal veg, Instead of they have put sev tamater and plan dhai.
I'm totally disappointed and after watch my order I was so angry on the bulshit resturant.
I request to zomoto representative and team please take a strict action against them, I want revert for the same as soon as earliest.
I want refund my complete amount right now.
Otherwise I excalate this matter to your higher authority as a valuable customer.
If I have paid full amount of my order so why I suffer.
