The food quality was disappointing. The rotis were not fully cooked, and the rice seemed undercooked as well. The staff was inattentive, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic things. Even after raising a complaint, no one took proper responsibility; they simply passed the issue to someone else and disappeared. Customer concerns should be taken more seriously, and both the food quality and service need significant improvement.
