Located in the heart of Calangute just minutes from a number of famed beaches, is the tonic bar. From the elegant lobby, down the flight of steps, past water bodies - it is an expanse of openness. The long length of the pool is inviting also there is Sheesha by the pool which gives you a surreal feel. The cabanas and the lounge seating are comfortable, or you can perch yourself on the high chairs and watch the chefs at work. This part of the grill just off the lounge area has cane glass topped tables and chairs with a casual style of dining under an undulating canopy. At night, the flickering candles have a scented aroma that appeals, which gives a cosy feel that envelops you. Coming to the servings, you can relax yourself with a refreshing coriander or lemongrass cooler to beat the heat. In food you can go for, creole fries, caprese salad, etc. and if you are in for the ‘quick bite’ opt for the vada pao, a Mumbai street food delicacy in a fine dine avatar. Great service & great food quality. Overall it is the place for weekly dose of the much needed ‘spirit’ with friends and family as you lounge around the pool. .
