First visit to Happy Kona, Kota and a very disappointing experience. Ordered a sandwich and had to wait for around 40 minutes, while others who came later were served earlier. Every time we asked about the delay, staff just said ‘5 minutes’ instead of explaining. Finally had to take it in disposable due to time constraints. Sandwich was average, but service was poor. Not a good first experience,didn't felt Happy at "Happy kona". Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
