Only the customer service girls are very polite and helpful.
The mini meal is supposed to give you 1 subzi and dal but they conveniently miss the dal and then give excuses like “items may vary” for giving one less item. There are far better places on Zomato giving better thalis for cheaper.
What is absolutely pathetic is their service. They are ridiculously inconsistent with food timings. Sometimes lunch will be at your doorstep at 11 AM, at other times you'll be following up at 2:30 PM.
Food has come in terrible condition thrice (in one month) with food spilt, packs broken and leaking.
They've delivered to the wrong address a couple of times too.
They may have potential, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
