I have ordered coffee with crush from them which is the worst coffee and the crush is not gritted properly and even the chocolate pieces in it smell like onion. Don't order from them

We have ordered thick coffee with crush but they send us normal coffee with lots of ice in it and the chocolate crush was not even gritted properly there is whole chocolate pieces in it ..the worst coffee I have ever had ..and I called them for the complaint but the way they are respond is not good ..plz don't order from them .
