Tried Happy da Punjab on the Mopa highway recently and here’s my honest take. We ordered Paneer Kadai and Missi Roti. The Paneer Kadai was decent.. good flavours, nicely spiced, and satisfying. But the real star of the meal was the Missi Roti. Hands down, the best Missi Roti I’ve had in a long time in Goa. As a Punjabi, that first bite genuinely reminded me of home that authentic dhaba-style taste, perfectly roasted, soft yet crisp in the right places. Absolute comfort food moment. The only downside? The place was surprisingly noisy even though it was almost empty, which took away from the relaxed dhaba vibe a bit. Overall, a solid 7/10. Great for a highway Punjabi food stop, especially if you’re craving authentic rotis. Would definitely go back for that Missi Roti alone.
