Most pathetic delivery experience.......Had ordered for 4 pizzas and was shocked to receive only 2. On enquiring with the restaurant, they very rudely denied and said that the order was for 2 pizzas only. Further, they even mentioned that Zomato had passed on an order of only 2 pizzas.If I understand this, each restaurant has its Zomato App on and receives the order on it. How can the restaurant then say that they were given an order over the phone for 2 pizzas only? Further enquiry with Zomato revealed that the order was correct and exactly the way it shows on screen is displayed on the restaurants app screen.

UPDATE - 28/4/2017 @ 1915 Hrs Rating updated from 1 to 4.5 STARSOk, so I'm going to make an update to my initial review here.....Ms. Ketaki, who I believe is the owner, called on me to apologise for the experience that I had today and also sent the missing pizza's. Much appreciated..... I also understand that they have indeed received the order from Zomato over the phone since their system (Zomato App/System) is non-functional due to some technical issues at Zomato's end.... @Zomato, you guys need to fix this up ASAP coz issues as such can lead to misunderstandings with customers/potential customers where the only loser is the BUSINESS owner. Ms. Ketaki, I hope someone at Zomato is reading this and will make good your loss and get your systems in order. As for me, you have signed in a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. :-)
