Such badly kept place. The menu are sticky and the food where it’s getting cooked is also just beside the washroom. Ppl don’t use gloves while cooking. Coming to the taste of the food.. it’s horrible. I really question the hygiene of this place. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

Had a disappointing experience at Hanwin Kerala Cafe today. This used to be our go-to place for tea and snacks, but the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially the so-called manager Sukesh, completely ruined the evening. Using abusive language towards customers is unacceptable, and it speaks volumes about their lack of customer service. With such an attitude, one has to think twice before stepping into this place. There are plenty of better options out there that actually respect their customers. Service: 1
