I recently visited this hotel and ordered Kaima Unde and Mutton Biryani. The Kaima Unde was mostly kadle hittu (gram flour) and I would not recommend it. The taste was not good. The Mutton Biryani was also not great in terms of flavor. The quantity was good and the number of mutton pieces was sufficient, but the pieces tasted like they were just boiled in salt water — no masala or biryani flavor. Overall, the biryani felt very bland and tasteless. I feel the place is overhyped. However, the service was good and the staff were polite. I am a pakka Mysorean and this was my first time tasting Hanumanthu Palav. Unfortunately, it did not match the expectations. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹400–600
