Worst Dine-In experience ever. We had to wait 10 mins to just get the OTP of the menu, it was not a busy day and not much tables were occupied too even after repeated reminders every staff kept ignoring us ( busy talking about personal life with other drunk customers ) They are not trained proper to server customers in the most basic way. They don't provide the cutlery or plates until u ask for them. Don't expect the tables, they don't clean the tables after each customer, be prepared for food crumbs on the table Noticed alot of staff being more attractive only towards women. As a F&B marketing expert and one of the best in Bangalore with over 10+ grown brands. I see this completely as a manatent issue in hiring the right team or providing proper training.
