Been to two outlets of this brand (Matunga and Dadar) . Didn't find much of the difference in service.
Ambiance 7/10 . Place for school and College student to celebrate .
Rainbow cake is Inviting I would say. Butterscotch cake wasn't like what we expected ,was a one time try.

Read well about this place but unfortunately the stuff we bought was unsatisfactory. We bought two cakes including one cheese cake. The cheese cake was so loose that as soon as we opened the covering it just flowed out melting. Very badly crafted. The service provided also was very poor the guy seemed least interested in selling the products and didn't hv any knowledge of the stuffings.

Very bad taste though old items kept with hard texture , not worth the cost . It's like any other ordinary shop nothing special .heard hangouts is much better , dissatisfied!
