Delicious stuff with fresh ingredients. Cooks from Hotel Management Colleges and run by new generation young entrepreneurs. Concerned about consistent quality and eager to improvise through customer's feedbacks. Well behaved, multi language interaction with customers. Feels like you are dealing with a bunch of educated guys, not just few vendors.
