I was a regular customer until now, the staff has no idea how to deal with customers or how to help them. Hand crafted was really good when they were new in market. Never coming back to this place & won’t even recommend this to anyone now. Just an advice to the owners, work on listening to your customers & providing satisfactory services to them. Service: 1

Handcrafted Cafe and Roastery is a great place to hang out and catch up with friends or have a quick business meeting. I definitely love their hot chocolate. I'd have given a five-star review, but I’m keeping it at four stars because sometimes the taste of the hot chocolate and the coffee is a hit or miss. The majority of the time, their coffee and hot chocolate are rich in flavor and thick, but there were occasions when they were a bit watery. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with a good vibe and mostly excellent drinks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
