I went to snkl with my family. Had a great experience with Hamsaa Heritage. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff are a bit untrained. Only veg food is available. But you can always step outside and enjoy dozens of restaurants outside. Way too many restaurants in snkl for a small city.

We have booked AC room, but the AC was not working properly showing error, i have complained it to the reception and they said we will fix it shortly and it started working after few minutes, through out the night there was a malfunction with the AC. The next day morning I contacted the reception about this issue,the technician checked and told condenser issue and tried to fix it. But it was taking quiet long. So I requested for a change of the room, i was given another room but within half an hour AC was showing error. Was fed up and checked out the hotel. When I contacted the reception their reason for AC malfunction was not very genuine. I saw a control switch maybe I think they deliberately switch off the AC Service: 1
