The food quality is ok ok. nothing great or nothing bad. The staff is polite, but their hygiene is PATHETIC! 1. The chefs/cooks use mobile phones while cooking! Mobile phone is a major source of all kinds of bacterias. and these guys freely use the phone while mixing dough/atta or vegetables. 2. Also, they scratch their backs and use the same hand (without washing) to pack/serve the food! 3. These guys keep on talking loudly while preparing the food. They SHALL use face masks if they want to talk. Otherwise the customers will get their saliva free along with the food. This is UNACCEPTABLE behaviour for a food joint. Guys, please improve. Cockroaches in food. Avoid! Filthy place. Found two cockroaches in chaas (see pic). Lump of thread baked into atta in bhature. FSSAI is sleeping or being "taken care" else such unhygienic places would have shut down. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
