My recent visit to Haldiram's yesterday proved to be a mix of exceptional food quality and frustrating service delays. We placed an order for the Dal Makhani Rice Bowl and the Butter Rice Bowl, both of which exceeded expectations; the taste was truly excellent, demonstrating the high culinary standards the brand is known for. Beyond the food, the overall ambiance was good the setting was pleasant and comfortable and the location was easily accessible and convenient. Everything, from the execution of the dishes to the general environment, was certainly positive. However, the major issue that detracted from the experience was the pace of service. Despite the strong positive factors, the service was undeniably slow, which appeared to stem directly from a lack of available personnel in the shop. It was evident that the existing staff were struggling to keep up with the demands, resulting in extended waiting times for both ordering and delivery of the food. While the quality of the meal makes Haldiram's highly recommendable, potential visitors should be aware that during busy periods, they might experience significant delays due to this staffing issue.
