I am writing this review to appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff at Haldiram’s. I visited the restaurant with my family for dinner today, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the delicious food. After reaching home, I received a call informing me that I had left my bag at the restaurant. The bag contained my wallet, cash, debit and credit cards, PAN card, ID cards, and several other valuable items. Fortunately, the staff noticed it and quickly found my contact number from an old bill kept in my purse. I rushed back and was relieved to find my bag completely intact. I sincerely thank Mr. Yadav and the entire team for their honesty, smart thinking, and prompt action. I highly recommend this Haldiram’s branch for their excellent service and trustworthy staff. The food was shockingly subpar—the *samosas* tasted stale, the *paneer* in the curry was rubbery, and the *gulab jamun* was drowning in overly sweet syrup. It felt like leftovers reheated without care. Service? Practically non-existent. The staff seemed disinterested, ignoring requests for water and taking ages to clear dirty plates. Even when the restaurant wasn’t busy, we waited 40+ minutes for our order. The tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in hours. For the prices they charge, this level of quality and hygiene is unacceptable. Save your money and skip this branch—**there are far better options in the area**. Never coming back.
