The service is very slow. Food tastes mediocre. The worst part is if you are sitting on the top floor, you will have to keep going down to the first floor to place and collect your orders. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Haldirams Saket branch is yet another big branch serving delicious food and having a great ambience. We can enjoy cuisines like Chinese, South Indian, North Indian and chaats. My personal favourite is Chole Bhature and Raj Kachori. The staff is friendly and service is fast. They have an option to scan the menu digitally and order food. Washrooms are clean. They even cater to bulk orders and hosting private events for lunch or dinner and kids birthday parties. The thing to note here is even though they have lift, we have to climb 10-12 stairs to reach that lift. ️‍ LGBTQ friendly Pets are not allowed inside Wheelchair accessible entrance not available Wheelchair accessible washrooms are not available Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chole Bhature, Raj Kachori, Rajma Chawal, Golgappe, Tandoori Roti, Poori Sabji Halwa Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Dietary restrictions: There's no specific menu to cater to dietary restrictions

I recently visited Haldiram and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to serious issues with management and service. There was clear mismanagement at the restaurant: the chef was not available, which led to unnecessary delays. The staff seemed disinterested in their duties, spending time gossiping with each other rather than attending to customers. At one point, I witnessed staff members loudly shouting at the billing attendant, even telling him to stop billing customers—a display of unprofessional behavior that disrupted the environment. While I must admit that the food's taste met expectations and was quite good, the poor service overshadowed the dining experience. The lack of staff coordination, inattentiveness, and disruptive behavior made it a frustrating visit. If Haldiram wants to retain loyal customers, immediate improvements in staff training and management are needed.
