Horrible service, horrible food. We ordered sev puri, pani puri and kajori - billed us 500/- for these dishes! They took 15 mins to serve these basic dishes and turns out the pani puri water was stale. When we complained they started churning the pani puri water. Both kajori and sev puri had no taste. No accountability taken, nor apology given. These big brands are just running under their name but serving terrible food. Please do not waste your money. During my recent visit to Haldiram in Inorbit Mall, I found that the aloo tikka chaat and pani puri were not entirely satisfactory. The pani puri's water lacked flavor, and the aloo tikka included aloo bhujiya, which seemed out of place. Additionally, it appeared that some items were out of stock. The lemon honey tea was also quite tasteless, making it feel like a waste of money. Will never visit again... Found a cockroach in the lassi. A pregnant woman and two small children were with me who also consumed the same lassi. Considering Haldiram's reputation and premium pricing, this level of quality is appalling. Absolutely unacceptable from a renowned brand like Haldiram's! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
