Disappointing Experience at Haldiram Element One, Gurgaon I recently visited Haldiram Element One in Gurgaon to try their Navratri platter, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food quantity was surprisingly less, and to make matters worse, the items mentioned in the menu were not provided. When I brought this to their attention, the staff seemed unconcerned. What's even more alarming is that they were mixing Navratri food with non-Navratri food and serving it with the same spoon! When I politely asked them to correct this, the staff started arguing with me. Due to their poor service and blatant disregard for food hygiene, I was forced to leave my Navratri meal as it is untouched. Haldiram, I hope you take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that your outlets maintain the high standards your brand is known for. *Rating: 1/5* Would not recommend visiting this outlet, especially during festive time.

I have never found this level of tasty in any haldiram.. I am unable to finish my food due to poor taste. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

They have a nice, clean cafe to sit and eat. You can order at the table, they have scanners attached on the table. The breakfast menu runs till 11am and it's a little cheaper in comparison. Let's say masala dosa during the morning is around ₹125, but for the rest of the day it's around ₹230(the size is bigger in comparison, I can say). Grilled sandwiches were tasty, poori sabji was also light and good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
