When we first entered we found the place congested as so many chairs and tables within small space and I mostly observe leftover plates on the most of the tables and wasn't cleaned for sometime bad impressions , i couldn't order from the table items out of stock message from haldiram site, they took more time to prepare every order and when I confronted them with all this they said that we're short on staff they were working like some simple restaurant and they forgot they are haldiram chain and they have to maintain some decorum . I think haldiram management should look into this outlet and rectify the basic issues and don't spoil the name disappointed with this one.
