We ordered Makki Ki Roti & Saag (Winter Special) - 1 plate, Chole Kulche - 1 plate and noodles 1 plate. 1. Quantity of saag wasn't sufficient for 2 Roti and both the rotis were overcooked (Burnt and extremely hard to chew). I was expecting salad or pickle but the manager said : We don't provide salad and the winter season is about to end so we will soon stop serving this combo (Makki ki Roti & Saag). His comments clearly showed that they don't care about their food quality and service.!!! 2. Quantity of Chole in the Chole Kulche plate was also insufficient and again no salad or pickle provided. 3. Quantity of Noodles was also very less but the quality was not bad. Not sure about food quality, Quantity and service at other outlets of Haldiram's but my experience in Noida Sector-62 outlet of Haldiram's was pathetic on 30th Jan 2025. It was a complete waste of time and money and I don't want other to experience the same so, make your decision wisely. I went for a kittie at this place,, very bad experience, maximum things they dont had which we asked Palak patta chat not available Gazar halwa not available Jalebi not available Sarsoon saag makka roti not available We ordered onion rawa masala dosa - 5 dosa but they took total 1 hr and in one hr also they couldnt serve full cooked dosa heights of nonsense If batter was not ok or temp issue on dosa tawa was coming they could had told us the moment we ordered..... Irresponsible staff manangement Truly disappointed with binge sec 62 haldirams after seeing this approach of the employees
