Haldiram's in Agra is a great place to visit with family. The restaurant has a spacious seating area and offers a variety of sweets and savoury items. It also provides a QR code-based system of ordering and payment which is convenient and fast. The food is generally of good quality, with the chole bhature being particularly delicious. However, some dishes have been reported to be of poor quality, such as the dhokla, samosa, kachori, gulab jamun, pav bhaji and chole bhature. The staff can also be unhelpful at times. Nevertheless, overall Haldiram's is a good option for a quick meal.

Haldiram is a famous food brand and restaurant chain located in SRK mall, Agra. The inside ambience is very good with lots of space. But the food quality is not good. This is the only restaurant where Schezwan sauce and green chutney are being served with Masala Dosa (The South Indian food) instead of coconut chutney. Such type of act loses the authenticity of the food. On each table you will find a Menu pamphlet in which all the items are not listed. When you reach the Order counter there is a screen showing the complete Menu. At the Order counter card payment service was available but it was not working. So you have to pay in cash or UPI. This is a self service restaurant. After getting a token you have to deposit at the Order delivery counter and wait for around 25-30 minutes. The guy available at this counter keeps on shouting for the order like roadside Dhaba and makes you feel like that. There should be a display system which displays the Order Token number with some beep sound. So that customers can wait for their order readiness. No washrooms are available in this restaurant, you have to go to the common washroom available at this mall. Of course here you can find a variety of delicious Sweets.
