Dear Manager, Halidram's Airia Mall, Gurugram I'm writing to express my frustration regarding the tea service at your establishment. Despite visiting frequently, I've consistently been unable to place an order for tea, as the staff seems to be perpetually preparing tea without accepting customer orders. I've brought this issue to your attention on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response. If you're no longer intending to offer tea service to customers, I suggest removing this option altogether to avoid further confusion and disappointment. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address this issue. Service: 1

One of the worst Haldiram that I have ever eaten at. Never found the food quality to be so poor. I didn't feel right when we ate the food, and got confirmation the next morning with everyone facing stomach related issues. Although I have found Haldiram quality to be standard, this one however was not at all like other Haldiram outlets in terms of food quality Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very nice. Good service. Food packaging was done with care. No issues. Crowded, had to wait for sometime but overall good. Will visit again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Samosa Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: All types of vegetarian dishes. Mainly Punjabi and North Indian.
