This place is going down. The service at the payment counters is horrible. Food is still nice but i feel since all their namkeens are in palm oil, their fresh food is also prepared with palm oil. The haldiram we knew growing up is changed. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered through zomato. Out of two cold coffee one was missing. Second instead of corporate box sweet which I ordered they send a diff sweet which was half price of what I paid for . And next the sahi panner thali i ordered had burnt naan in it . I mean can't expect this level of service from anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
