Haldi, on the other hand, is dedicated to Indian cuisine. The Square is a buffet restaurant and serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Haldi is an a-la-carte restaurant and has some of the finest dishes from the Indian cuisine.During our stay at the Novotel Hyderabad Airport Hotel, while we enjoyed the breakfasts at the Square, we had dinner at Haldi one evening and totally loved the experience. The lamb chops served at Haldi is definitely to look for if you love mutton.
