Had a bad experience on the phone requesting Deepchand Mondal of the Jodhpur Park outlet to customize one of the noodles dishes I ordered. He was unwilling and argued with me. A stark contrast to the behaviour of staff at the Lake Market outlet from where I order usually.

Very happy with the service provided by Haka Xpress. Quality and quantity of food is good. We have tried the non veg bento box offered by the restaurant and it is a sufficient meal for one person. They have choice of rice or noodles. Fried rice is very well prepared. It's so lite and delicious. Chicken can be choosed from a variety of 8 sauces. Meat is tender and cooked well. I liked the schezwan sauce but I think it's oil content can be reduced. Sui mai was well prepared. Tasted good. Darsaan was also good. Besides the bento box we had items from the menu too, pepper chicken, not so great. But chicken was well cooked. The sauce was okayish. Drums of heaven was delicious. Again less oil and onions would be appreciated. This is a newly opened joint, hence services are great now. Hope they continue with it later on too.
