Had a very bad experience this week. Since the only decent restaurant available in jalukie we used to take away fried rice from here once a week.But to our surprise when we reached home the rice was stinking( not smelly but stinking) I talk with the manager and she said she'd refund but not refunded on the same day.So I called 2 days later and after the refund I received a call back from the owner..and to my surprise she was not sorry for incident or apologise for whatever mistake that they had done. In short customer service is at its worst. Even the manager don't know how to talk to a disappointed customer. She need to go for a hospitality training.
