I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the cake I received from your Haden's the cake shop. When we opened the box, we were shocked to find that the cake was damaged and messed up on one side (attached are the photos). However, the situation worsened when we found a small piece of hair while eating the cake. Unfortunately, we couldn't take a picture of the hair as it was discovered while consuming the cake.This experience was not only a waste of money but also ruined our celebration. We were unable to continue eating the cake after finding the hair. I hope you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your products meet the expected standards.
