Ambience 4/5 Hospitality 2/5 Food 1/5 The only thing about this Haazir kolkata is the good ambience. There is no single question about the ambience. But the amount we are paying for the food is way too much first of all secondly we ordered "bengali vurivoj non-veg" thali which is the worst nightmare of ours. There is no flower petals on the table top . The fish fry & jhuri aluvaja was completely burnt, the flavour of sugondhi chicken had a very strong flavour of gondoraj lebu Mutton was undercooked and we couldn't even chew , it was that hard . When we were eating suddenly we discovered there were cockroaches around the plate. The only food I like is payes & chatni . We ordered an eternal cake basket but they provided us with a Royal purple cake buscket. There was a bell to call them but they were not responding. It was over-all a ok ok experience the amounts they charged they should have maintained the hygiene , better food quality and should know about customer preferences.
