It was unexpectedly empty when i visited, no crowd at all, which was good for us though. They provide great ambience, clean and cool, with a great variety of food choices, excelling in taste. Staff behaviour is very nice, good hospitality. However when i asked at the end about the cold drink options, they insisted that they're gonna serve us the cold drink in glasses instead of directly giving us the bottle of Coke, and then the attendant just took a bottle out of the fridge, empty the content in three glasses, added water to fill each glass, put straw, no ice, and serve, everything in front of us I would consider this to be cute but the coke tasted little lame and wasn't chill as it should be (the reason of why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) Though overall, definitely, one of the best in Rudrapur. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5 out of 5. We did birthday party on tarace. They gave wonderful service with deliciously tasty vegetarian food. We all loved everything.Thank you Haazel Brew Team to gave us fantastic experience And their "Music Band" is amazing. All three musicians,They performed really well. Would highly recommend them. Party me 4chand laga diy thank you so much guys
