This place offers a pleasant ambiance, but several issues make it a disappointing experience. One major concern is their preference for cash payments, which can be highly inconvenient for customers. In an era where digital transactions are the norm, relying primarily on cash feels outdated and problematic. Another alarming issue is bill swapping. One of the staff members behaved irresponsibly, exchanging bills without informing us. This could easily lead to overcharging or incorrect payments, so I strongly recommend double-checking your bill before making any payment. Such carelessness in handling transactions raises serious concerns about their service ethics. Additionally, we ordered drinks and were served a complimentary bowl of peanuts without requesting it. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to find that we had been charged for it. Upon questioning the charge and requesting its removal, the staff flatly refused. This kind of approach feels dishonest and misleading, as customers should not be charged for items they never ordered. For me, customer service is just as important, if not more, than the food itself. Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism and transparency left a negative impression, making it unlikely that I would return. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not at all the authentic Aglio olio pasta. Hell lot of black peppers, overcooked pasta along with extra cheese. Who adds cheese in aglio olio? Worst experience with Hydrama
