Very disappointed with the experience. When we asked to use the toilet, the staff rudely refused — even to the ladies. They claimed there was no toilet in the restaurant, which is shocking for such a big establishment. We even offered to pay, but the person still said no. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves the public.
