A Disappointing Dining Experience: Cold Food and Poor Quality I ordered Sambar Bara and Tea. Unfortunately, the food was served cold, and the quality was very poor. The Sambar Bara lacked the expected warmth and richness, and the tea was similarly underwhelming. When I voiced my concerns to the staff, they had no answer or solution to offer, which added to the disappointment. The hygiene of the place was another major issue. The environment appeared neglected, with cleanliness clearly not being a priority. This only heightened my dissatisfaction and concern for the overall standard of the establishment. In summary, the combination of cold, poor-quality food, unresponsive staff, and lack of hygiene made for a thoroughly disappointing . I hope the establishment takes serious steps to improve these critical aspects in the future. One of the pathetic service very disappointed with cashier behaviour he was very rude. He said government give him a salary he will work as per his convenience, don't know why their is no hospitality services. i order 3 tea but didn't drink. Require lots of improvement for customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
