I bought sweets from here during Diwali which was good from that period of time. But normal vadai and others snacks items are average here. The breakfast menu is good and taste okayish. As a regular customer of Hotel Saravanas, I’ve usually enjoyed their coffee, especially before the evening hours. However, I’m disappointed to say that the quality of coffee served after 5:30 PM (i.e. Paticular Evening Tea Master) has consistently been poor. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed that the tea master handling the evening session does not pay attention to customer requests, and the coffee lacks the usual taste and quality. Today, after yet another bad experience, I felt compelled to share this review. It’s frustrating to be unheard, especially as a loyal customer who knows the standard they can maintain. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better consistency and attentiveness across all shifts. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
