I recently visited Hotel Vishal and while the overall decorations and ambiance were decent, the experience was quite disappointing due to multiple quality and service issues.The restaurant's interior and decorations were visually appealing. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Tables were dull, and the overall maintenance was poor. The plates provided were noticeably dirty, which was unacceptable for a dining establishment. Food Quality & Presentation: I ordered buttermilk, which was overpriced at ₹40 for just 200ml and was served in a plastic glass—far below expected standards. Service & Staff Behavior: The staff was extremely rude when taking orders. The owner, in particular, lacked basic customer service etiquette and was unprofessional in communication. Instead of addressing concerns, they were dismissive and arrogant. Overall Experience: Due to the poor service and hygiene, we decided to leave without having our meal. This was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to others. Must costly as per other services. Plot Machi hai.. becouse people may pay whatever they billed. Not satisfied I hope the management takes serious action to improve cleanliness, customer service, and overall dining experience.
