Today I came for Parcel order, 8 meals. Very poor service to take the order. Irresponsible persons are sitting in the reception, looks like they are the monopoly in this area for vegetarian food, soon some competetor will take over, if they don't change the attitude, food is good, management needs some serious attention of handling the customers property, as a regular vegetarian customer, I do not have any other choice of going for this hotel. Like me many customers would have faced difficulties, due to unawareness they didn't mention in Google Maps. Soon we can find a major competetor for Vignesh Hotel. Most frustrated customer of this Hotel. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
