Decent Venue, But Be Cautious About the Decoration Vendor We recently hosted a party at SVM Grand at Bowenpally and overall, it was a mixed experience. The Positives: The venue itself is quite nice—great location, good ambience, and professional management. The team at the venue was helpful and supportive throughout the event. I’d rate the food around 3.5 out of 5, which is decent. No major complaints on the basics. The Major Issue: The biggest drawback—and this is important—is their strict vendor policy. While photography is optional, the decoration vendor is non-negotiable. You are required to work with their one and only decoration vendor, and unfortunately, the quality of work is subpar. This becomes a real problem, especially when the decor is one of the most visible and impactful aspects of any event. You spend months planning, invite loved ones, fly in from other countries (like we did from the U.S.), and naturally, you want everything to look and feel special. But when the decoration is underwhelming, it really takes away from the experience and the effort you’ve put in. Suggestion to the Venue: Please consider allowing at least 2–3 approved vendors for decorations so hosts have the flexibility to choose based on quality and preference. A little competition can go a long way in improving service quality. Final Thoughts: SVM Grand is a good venue in many ways, but if you’re particular about how your event looks—think twice. The mandatory decor vendor can turn an otherwise well-planned event into a bit of a disappointment. Service: 4

This was our 1st visit to restaurant. Ambience is good. Food was excellent. However customer service is not upto the mark. the waiters and person who is taking order needs to learn some etiquettes. I would suggest the management to train them more perfectly. They need to address as sir or madam. They cant talk as if they are talking to their colleagues or friends. I didn't like their body language or behaviour. And also vallet parking should not be demanding the tips. As per our satisfaction customer will be giving the tips. I would suggest management to take care of these things. Service: 2
