Just had unpleasant experience over phone, I am a regular customer for them, i also prefer this hotel, but now no more. Several times they have gifted me for regular service availed. I have been visiting Hotel Surya Executive in Solapur since childhood, but my recent stay was very disappointing. Our rooms were promised by 8:15 AM, then delayed to 9 AM a day before, but we only got them at 12 PM. Our group of 14, including 2 small kids, had to wait for hours. The reception staff on 13th early morning, was rude, uncordial and denied us the early morning room we were promised. He only gave a temporary room after an argument. The hotel was also unclean, with cockroaches in the dining area. Poor service, rude staff, and bad hygiene—would not recommend unless they improve. Service: 1
