Worst service ever experienced in any hotel in Coimbatore, today morning went there no service at all two of the families went out due to no service people over there i waited for 15 mins then I too came out, if the have no service people to serve their customers shut the hotel don't illtreat your customers. Furthermore one service person boldly answers that there is no sufficient servers to serve and refused to take orders in the table stating he is not designated to that table to take orders.

I went for lunch by 3pm on 21st Dec 2024. There were workers taking out the vessels for wash and there was a rat jumping of a vessel (sambar vessel) and ran into the room. It's not hygenic at all but only has better atmosphere.
