"I had a disappointing experience at hotel royal . I ordered , but they brought me something different. When I pointed it out, the service was unhelpful and did not correct the mistake. It felt like they didn't care about customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but good service should make up for them, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I hope the management improves their service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst food ever had in my entire life..the fish curry was rotten and king fish was also rotten and stinking very badly...do not ever visit this restaurant as they are not serving authentic goan food..worst food ever.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
