If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is cool at this place. Prompt service is something clients like here. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Arrogance and Abysmal Service at Its Finest! I recently had the displeasure of staying at HOTEL RAAMUS, and to say that it was a nightmare would be a gross understatement. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, I was subjected to a level of arrogance and incompetence that I've never encountered in my years of traveling. First and foremost, the receptionist's attitude was beyond belief. From the moment I approached the front desk, they treated me as if I was an inconvenience to their oh-so-important existence. There was no warm welcome or genuine smile; instead, I was met with a snobby look that made me question if I was a guest or an intruder. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was evident throughout my entire stay, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Moving on to the service, it was nothing short of a comedy of errors. Requests for simple amenities took ages to be fulfilled, and even then, it seemed like they were doing me a favor by providing them. Room service was an absolute disaster - my order was wrong not once, not twice, but three times! The wait staff seemed disinterested, almost as if they couldn't care less about the guests or the quality of the service they were providing. Now, let's talk about the rooms - what a joke! I don't think I've ever seen such outdated and poorly maintained accommodations in my life. The furniture looked like it was salvaged from a garage sale, and the beds were so uncomfortable that I might as well have slept on the floor. The carpets were stained, the bathroom had a weird odor, and don't get me started on the questionable cleanliness. It was evident that they hadn't bothered to properly clean or inspect the rooms before guests arrived. The level of disappointment I experienced during my stay at HOTEL RAAMUS was truly unparalleled. It's baffling to think that they have the audacity to charge the prices they do for such a deplorable experience. It's evident that the management is more focused on flaunting their arrogance rather than providing a pleasant and comfortable stay for their guests. Save yourself the agony and avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other accommodations in the area that offer better service, more welcoming staff, and cleaner, more comfortable rooms. I regret every second spent at HOTEL RAAMUS and sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to other travelers seeking a pleasant stay. Service: 1
