"Tragic Comedy Hotel Experience" Since 2018, I’ve been coming here 3 to 4 times a year, but this year... wow. New management? Really making a statement, huh? Here's my actual experience: Day 1: Arrived at 7 AM from the airport. Exhausted, I just wanted a coffee and tea with my breakfast. Guess what? Took over half an hour, and the place was practically empty. Bathroom? Let’s just say it looked like it had been through all seven plagues. Asked for a small bottle of shampoo in the evening—had to remind them three times before I got it. Shampoo isn’t a luxury, people! Day 2: No towels. NONE. I had to choose between air-drying or the bedsheets. Lovely. Day 4: I had plans to check out for the weekend, head to another hotel, and then come back for a week. At 6:30 AM, I get a call: “You need to check out.” Oh, really? Thank you for waking me up at the crack of dawn to remind me of something I already knew. Excellent service, 10/10. Oh, and the cherry on top? The front desk staff approached me every single day. Twice a day. But never to actually say anything! Just standing there awkwardly, staring at me. Is this the new "make old loyal customers feel unwelcome" strategy? If so—bravo! This was my last stay here. Congratulations, new management—you’ve achieved the impossible: taking a perfectly decent hotel and making it utterly unbearable.

Hotel Pioneer Grand Palace has a vast restaurant in the Ground Floor, Olive Inn , multicuisine Restaurant and buffet sufficient breakfast and desert was nice.In the Room, running hot water is available for 24;hours. They respect advance booking and when I was there in the morning,they gave me room immediately. Generally, Boys and one lady staff from the reception are quickly responding for our demands.and boys from the house keeping and Restaurant boys are receptive. I am fully happy about this hotel.
