If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience ever, and a clear scam between Restaurant Park View and their delivery guy. We ordered food while traveling on a train, and what we received was incomplete — only rice and subji, with no roti, which was a part of our order. The delivery guy himself admitted that the rotis were missing and that the hotel didn’t pack them. When we asked him why, he casually said, “You can complain to the hotel,” and then vanished in a hurry. We immediately called the hotel, thinking it was a simple mistake that could be fixed. But instead, we were met with rude, arrogant behavior from the hotel staff who outright denied any fault and falsely claimed that rotis were delivered — a blatant lie. No apology, no resolution — just an unapologetic attitude and clear avoidance of responsibility. This is not just poor service, it's dishonesty and cheating, Stay away from Hotel Park View if you value basic ethics, customer service, or simply getting what you paid for. Avoid at all costs.
